
Ingredients for the cocktail
1 egg yolk
.25 oz simple syrup
.5 oz creme de menthe
Ingredients for the meringue
4 egg whites
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 teaspoon creme of tartar
For the cocktail:
Dry shake your ingredients (shake without ice) then shake again with ice. Strain into glass of choice over a large cube.
For the meringue:
Combine all ingredients and whip until stiff peaks. Torch the tips to toast the meringue.
