Margaritas can and should be drank year-round. This bright cocktail with deep wintery notes will be a hit around the holidays.
1 pinch of salt
1 slice of orange
1 oz fresh lime juice
.75 oz cinnamon syrup*
2 oz cranberry-infused tequila*
Combine all ingredients with ice and shake hard. Strain into a chilled coupe.
*To make the cinnamon syrup, bring 1 cup of water to a boil with 1 cinnamon stick. Let cool completely to room temperature and add 1 cup white sugar. Stir until completely dissolved and remove cinnamon stick.
*To infuse your tequila, simple add a few cranberries to your tequila bottle (or seperate what you want to infuse) and let sit for 48 hours before use.
