Carlie Steiner is an internationally recognized hospitality professional with accolades such as Forbes 30 Under 30, Zagat 30 Under 30, and Blade 40 under 40 Queer Women. Pre-covid, Carlie owned and operated two restaurants in Washington DC- Pom Pom and Himitsu, making Bon Appétit’s "50 Best New Restaurants," Eater's "The 12 Best New Restaurants in America," Washingtonians "#17 of 100 very best restaurants," and many other top lists in Washington DC.

Carlie is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and a certified sommelier who has a real passion for dining and events.
She has consulted for many restaurants, bars, high-end private clients, and luxury estates. She focuses on the perfect balance of regimented cocktail theory with playful whimsy. from bar build-outs to cellar management, Carlie uses her intuition and experience to help her clients get their bar spaces ready for everything from an intimate nightcap to a large celebratory event. She uses her connections in the industry she's been in for over 15 years to source rare and hard-to-find products for her clients and her talent for design to place them perfectly in your space.
When she's not designing and chasing down rare purchases, Carlie teaches approachable and community-based cocktail and wine classes, both virtually and in person. In the past 10 years, she's taught hundreds of classes to thousands of folks from all over the world.
